Steak and Spinach Salad
You will need an extra lean type of steak such as sirloin, filet mignon, T-bone, etc. Trim any visible fat from the meat before cooking. The perfect summer-time lunch, this steak and spinach salad is so fresh and tastes amazing. We hope you like it!

- 2 cups Baby spinach (fresh)
- 1 clove Garlic (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 3 tbsp Simple girl dressing
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper (freshly cracked)
- 1/8 tsp Sea salt (fine)
- 1 Grissini bread stick
